About Us

After retiring from 24 years in the Air Force, I found myself doing work/projects on my house and a few family houses. I purchased my mom’s old house and did a complete remodel and upgrade. This project was the start of my first rental property as well as my own business. Two years later and the help of my family; WEB Investment Property was launched and several clients were waiting for me to make good on my business slogan: “Turning Houses into Homes”. 

We provide services to areas and neighborhoods that many businesses refuse to work because of location or size of work needed for some projects. Because we're mobile and flexible, we reach customers from Columbia, SC to Conway, SC.
